Past Horses
Rubina
1991 Westfalen Mare by Royal Angelo I.
Ruby was Natalie's partner for over four years. They competed Second level through Prix St Georges and were a part of the 2003 Junior Dressage Team Championships Gold Medal Team and the 2006 Region 6 North American Young Rider Championships Team. Unfortunately Ruby was injured while in transit to Virginia for the Young Rider competition and was unable to compete. Once she recovered from her injury Ruby was loved and ridden by Michelle Anderson who had a fabulous 2009 show season on Ruby. Ruby is now in a semi-retirement home in the Portland area on a gorgeous 100 acre farm! We miss Ruby but she truly deserves this fabulous home!

Shireland's Winsome
1993 American Warmblood Mare.
Winsome was Natalie's first warmblood. Natalie and Winsome competed in dressage through second level as well as eventing. They participated in many young rider Area VII eventing camps and Peninsula Pony Club Camps. Natalie and Winsome won the 2001 Northwest Jr/Yr Dressage Championships at Training Level. Winsome also earned Natalie her first "9" and a score over 76%! Winsome is Billy Bob's mom. She is now living with a young rider in Gig Harbor, Washington.
Valencia aka Zoe
Swedish Warmblood Mare.
Zoe was a bit of a project but turned out to be a lovely horse. Natalie's mom purchased Zoe to get her out of a bad situation and together they worked to make Zoe a happy horse again. Zoe was eventually sold to an amateur rider in Washington and as far as we know Zoe is still enjoying her life on her farm.

More Whiskey aka Whiskey
1994 Quarter Horse Gelding.
Whiskey was Natalie's first horse. He was wonderful to ride but his ground manners left alot to be desired in the early days! Natalie and Whiskey started their career together in the hunter discipline but Whiskey soon made it known he did not want to jump so they took a dressage lesson and never turned back! Natalie and Whiskey competed from Training Level through Second Level and were schooling all of third level when Natalie outgrew him. He was a fantastic teacher and like all of Natalie's horses made her work for every step!
